1 cup Simply Maple syrup
7 slices bread
3 cups scalded milk
2 beaten eggs
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
Preheat oven to 350o. Break bread
into buttered casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour
over bread. Allow bread to soak up milk mixture, then bake for 1
hour.
Maple Acorn Squash
A sweet version of baked squash!

acorn squash, halved lengthwise & seeds removed.
Preheat oven to 400o.
Rub outside (skin) of squash with oil.
Place squash on pan upside down and bake 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn squash over and add to each squash "bowl"
1/2 T butter, 1T brown sugar, dash of salt, and 2T (or more) Simply
Maple syrup.
Cover with foil, place in oven and bake 15-25 minutes (or until tender
throughout).
